I grew up in Iowa. This TV station is based out of Cedar Rapids, population around 100,000. I can honestly say I have never ever seen anything even remotely close to this. That includes before, during and after tornadoes, hurricanes, etc. in New Orleans, Florida, the East Coast, Texas, Iowa, etc. and I am a storm chaser.

If anyone can explain this, please step forward.

Its just weird Mikester to see clouds that have that many waves in it thats all. It might be something it might be something or it might not, but it is neat. But, on the other hand I have never seen that many waves in a cloud before. Its like the air up there is very unstable, but I am no meterologist.

Omg, my honest opinion: It looks like a fake to me. Really it is to strange!!! Just look at the clouds on the edge it's like they are computer made. I saw once how deserts were made in games and this is like on of thouse just that is up side down and a cloud.

Mikester, I have to say this, if this incredible cloud phenomena is no big deal to you, why are you here and why say anything about the subject? If it is no big deal, go to another topic that interests you and leave off the "glarey-eyed-finger-in-the-nose" comments.

Also, there has been some documentation recently about how people have been desensitized, and have become completely numb about all that is going on in this world, things that are a "big deal". People believe whatever the government tells them is so. Tell me your not one of those statistics.

`````````
Pericle, these photos were sent in by several people to the station and are not faked or created on a computer.
Elder
Topics on the board do interest me, I just didn't see the big deal on the clouds. U are right, if I didn't think it was a big deal then I shouldn't have said anything.
As far as people being desensitized, I don't think that's necessarily a bad thing. I think if I was like you and believed every little thing I hear about what's goin on the world and worry about aliens and natural disasters that I probably wouldn't be the happiest person in the world and not much fun for other people to be around.
