From what I have seen, UFO visits appear to have occured all over the world for a long time. The Bible refers to "Chariots of Fire" and many famous paintings ( especially religious ones ) show ufo's in the background. Lot admitted an angel into his home who then blinded some men of Soddom as they tried to attack him.
As of lately, Phoenix and Mexico City seem to be the hot spots. Decades ago, Washington D.C. was a hot spot. As it turned out, they were only "under attack" by a bunch of angry weather balloons.

You see from my understanding USA has and makes UFOs! And so do many other countries! There are alien UFOs but most of them are made by us.

I have heard stories of Black Ops involving reversed engineering of alien technology. It seems we have done quite a lot in the last 60 years. We went from prop airplanes to God knows what we have today. A retired VIP from Lockheed was a keynote speaker at a college graduation recently, He stated that whatever you see on TV, we have done that and more.
